The following guidelines are to be observed by customers who choose to submit designs that are not a part of the Pedestal Signature Gifts & Memorabilia Design Platform.

Pedestal Signature Gifts & Memorabilia will  print designs that:

(1)   Are free of 'Intellectual Property Rights' violations, and if it is a 3rd Party submission authorized by its originator.

(2)   Use Language without profanity, and appropriate for all ages.

(3)   Create a spirit of unity among all ethnic groups and age groups.

Pedestal Signature Gifts & Memorabilia will not print designs that seem to:

(1)   Promote violence and/or some type of illegal activity or fraud.

(2)   Denigrate political party affiliation or groups.

(3)   Violate intellectual property rights belonging to someone else.

(4)   Include hate speech or images that target race, religion, or gender.

(5)   Include sexually suggestive images or content.

(6)   Encourage recreational or illegal drug use.

(7)   Include profane or vulgar language.

Pedestal Signature Gifts & Memorabilia reserves the right not to print material or images it feels inappropriate, which may not be specifically cited under these guidelines.

       PRIVACY  POLICY

Pedestal Signature Gifts & Memorabilia, LLC is an ecommerce website. The Purpose of the policy is to inform users of ways we collect their information, limits of liability concerning information we do collect, and to whom the information may be shared.

GDPR

We also adhere to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 known as the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), for users in the European Union.

Collection of Personal Data

We will not collect any personal data over and above what is necessary for users to successfully utilize the Site.

When you visit pages within the Site, we may collect and store the following information if needed:

a. Your Name

b. Your Address

c.  Telephone Number (s)

d.  email address (s)

e.  Credit Card, or Debit Card Information

We may provide user data to members of our organization, and our web hosting company, as well as their business affiliates, who may require access to user data only when it is necessary for particular disclosures involving individual transactions by users on the website.

Exceptional Disclosures

We will not share your data with other than the aforementioned 3rd parties except in the following situations:

1.  If it is necessary to do so for any legal proceeding

2.  If it is needed to protect the company's legal rights

3.  If Law Enforcement requires it

Disclaimer:  Be advised that, we also take every reasonable precaution to protect data collected from users from possibly being breached by hackers through activation of anti-virus software programs.  However, we cannot guarantee against  such a breach ever occurring, and the consequences resulting from the probability of any user  information being compromised.

Users must agree to indemnify the company (Pedestal Signature Gifts & Memorabilia, LLC) and hold us harmless against any loss (material or otherwise) that may be incurred as a result of such a breach.

Policy Amendments

When, and if, we amend the Privacy Policy we will also change the effective date accordingly. We may also notify users via email, or post a notice on the Site of any changes in the policy. It is advisable that users review the Privacy Policy periodically to check for possible changes.

 

   EXCHANGES  &  REFUNDS

   (Effective Date:  October 10, 2023)

Our goal is to consistently provide quality products as well as quality cutomer service. In extremely rare cases though customers may receive defective items, the wrong items, or an order that was never received. The following guidelines are to be observed if, and when these situations occur:

​

1. Order Never Received - All orders are assigned a 'tracking number' by the postal service when shipped. Confirmation of delivery is also posted on their platform when it occurs.  If an order does not arrive at the delivery address on file within five business days after the expected delivery date based on tracking, the customer should notify Pedestal Signature Gifts & Memorabilia as soon as possible via email to, (1) verify there is no confirmation of delivery on the postal service platform, and (2) to allow us time to follow-up with the particular postal service responsible for the delivery. (Please include the Order Number associated with the order within the email). If delivery still has not yet occurred after ten calendar days from the date of your email, and there is no confirmation of delivery posted, the customer can request a refund for the retail value of the order, plus shipping cost.

Note: In order to avoid premature claims of 'non-delivery', customers should advise all occupants of the delivery address of an expected delivery date for their parcel, and instruct them to notify the addressee as soon as possible if the package is handled first by them.

Under no circumstances should 'Pay Pal' be contacted about a refund. All disputes will be handled by Pedestal Signature Gifts & Memorabilia directly, including issuing of refunds when applicable.

2. Defective Product - In instances when an item may appear to be defective, and it is evident that the flaw occurred during the production phase, (example; during ink transfer which may have created obvious smudges, or splats from chemicals used in the process), the customer is required to address these issues as follows:

2a. Take 'full view' photos of the front and back of the garment, or accessory with a high-resolution camera, with at least one close-up of each area cited as defective. Photos should also be taken of the shipping and product labels that came with the package. Photos should then be transmitted digitally via email to pedestalgifts@gmail.com for evaluation. Because Print Providers' methods of imprinting images vary, a subtle difference in a selected color palette verses the actual color, or a subtle change in a color that is part of a design element, would not be considered a defect.... Note:  Customers who have provided their own design which may include a background (or main palette) color of their choosing other than white, will be scrutinized more closely against a claim of product defect. If it is determined that the photos provide enough evidence of a legitimate claim, the customer will be contacted to exercise one of the following two options:

(a) Request a replacement with a duplicate item, or another item of equal value upon returning the defective item to us at the customer's expense. (Note:  Quality of packaging for items being returned should be at least equal to the type of material used in the original order).  The customer will incur no new costs for the production of  replacement items once the original items have been returned.

(b) Keep the original item(s) and expect a prorated refund amount for the value of the item(s), in consideration of the defect(s).

3.  Wrong Order - In instances where the wrong order was shipped, the customer is required to first notify Pedestal Signature Gifts & Memorabilia via email of the error. Customers must make note of the Order Number, Delivery Address, etc., in their email, and wait for a reply from us acknowledging receipt of the email before returning any items. Customers should make every effort to retain the original shipping materials, including any labels or tags that may be attached to the item(s), when preparing for the return. The customer will be fully reimbursed for shipping and handling costs associated with the return, and will incur no cost for the production and shipment of the replacement order.
